My story

My silver smithing journey started with my first silver smithing evening course over two decades ago. I cast four acorns halves and for some reason i kept them but never finished them. They sat for over two decades in my jewellery box. I came across them one day and though I really want to turn these into pendants. So five years ago I decided I wanted to pursue silver smithing again. I joined a class for a few hours once a week - that was it I was hooked! I finished the acorns one for me and one for my sister. You will be pleased to know I won’t take two decades to finish something special for you!

I carried on with the day classes for a few terms. I enjoyed the courses but I wasn’t progressing fast enough. I discovered the Jewellery Academy in London and did a few different courses with them. This lead me to completing A Fine Jewellery Diploma, which I passed in 2023.
